I am putting this question out there into the web 2.0. If you had the possibility to change things at the dentist to improve your experience what would you do?

There is some evidence to show that cosmetic dentistry in on the rise due to the more competitive nature of the employment market. We know that a new smile can increase confidence. Are people finding that they are more likly to get a job as a result of their smile?
